Dharma Den classes are currently held Monday through Wednesday varying between morning and evening options. Dharma Den is open and available 30 minutes prior to your class schedule, a space for you to relax and unwind before class begins. Need time after class before heading back to the real world? No problem, the space is yours to enjoy until 9pm after your evening class.
Second Saturday Bootcamp! Each month we'll be combining strength training, yoga, and mobility drills. After our workout session, we'll head to the river for a restorative walk and light snacks. A full circle of self care! The Boot Camp is donation based ~ pay what you want. River walk is optional but highly recommended after our workout. Registration is highly encouraged, participants are currently limited to just 6 students at a time.
